The Yumi Unisex Salon is searching for a fabulous hair stylist to complete our team — full or part time & commission based!

The Yumi Unisex Salon is an exciting, inspiring & joyful work space specializing in detail-oriented cuts and colours, complex colour corrections, hair colours.

Qualifications

2-5+ (and new talent) years of salon experience behind the chair preferred, though new talent is welcome to apply and if there’s a fit, they will be considered
Friendly welcoming “can do” attitude with a positive mindset
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Team & detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and to prioritize effectively
A keen sense of the latest trends & strong sense of personal style
Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends
Accountable, reliable,
punctual and professional
